80 degrees in April? In Pennsylvania? Only 4 days prior we had snow flurries.
Well, the great (albeit hot) weather worked out wonderfully for Brad and Jessica’s engagement photo shoot. We had a great time hitting some nice spots around Somerset and I’m super excited for their big day this summer. It’s going to be a blast!

I spent Saturday afternoon shooting some bridal portraits for Sheena. We became friends when I shot her wedding video a few years ago and have kept in touch ever since. Recently, we were talking about some non-traditional bridal portraits and thought it sounded like a lot of fun – and it was!
I loved working with Sheena again (and her hubby Ben who rocked the reflector for me during the shoot!) and really enjoyed shooting some different bridals – especially since we didn’t have to worry about the dress possibly getting dirty.
It also gave me some new ideas to use when wedding season kicks into gear next month!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING … YOU GO GIRL.. YOU LOOK FIRECE
A few weeks ago I was contacted by Rose about shooting her senior photos. Despite the fact that she lives about an hour away and even though she’s graduating in a few weeks, she told me she wanted me to shoot her photos because she wanted something different. Well, that made my day because I work so hard to create a unique product for my seniors and to be different from the other studios, so I was very excited to work with her. Saturday afternoon, we met up and had a blast getting a variety of shots – it was such a fun shoot!

A few weeks ago, Chalyce messaged me on Facebook to let me know that she was a huge fan of my work. Although she’s only a few weeks away from graduation, she still wanted some amazing senior photos so we set up a photo shoot. Yesterday the weather was perfect and we had a terrific time shooting. After a couple weeks of being unable to shoot due to rain/snow, it was so nice to get back out work – especially with someone as fun and stylish as Chalyce.
